These categories can then be used for extracting portions of your list for a more specifically targeted mailing. You can designate virtually any number of categories and also apply multiple category codes to the records in your list. A selection can be generated based upon your specified categories, categories generic to a mailing list such as city, state or zip code, or combinations of multiple categories to more effectively target your mailing.

Your address list can be summarized and printed, in whole or in part for your own administrative needs. Your list can then be sequenced any number of ways, including by state, zip code, category code, and alphabetically.
